The Pacific Judicial Council was established over 25 years ago in an effort to encourage dialogue between the members of the Council through a non-profit association. The Council is comprised of the Chief Justices and Presiding Judges of American Samoa, Guam, the National and State Courts of the Federated States of Micronesia, the Northern Marianas Islands, and Palau.
